The Juliet Feminine Laser™ is a groundbreaking medical procedure to treat the symptoms of vaginal atrophy and dryness, vaginal relaxation syndrome (VRS), and stress urinary incontinence
Juliet Feminine Laser™ and Lichen Sclerosus
Juliet Feminine Laser™ and Labiaplasty
The vagina, like the rest of the body, can droop and wrinkle with age. If you feel embarrassed by how your inner or outer labia have changed over the course of the years, labiaplasty may be a positive course of action for you. Labiaplasty enhances the appearance of inner and/or outer labia (labia minora and labia majora) that are enlarged, elongated, or misshapen. Surgery can cause scars, pain, and disfigurement. The Juliet Feminine Laser™ can be used instead of surgery to shrink the labia, without the risks of bleeding, scarring, adhesions–and with little, if any, discomfort or downtime! Get the look you want without the pain and problems of other methods.
Juliet Feminine Laser™ and Vulvar Dyschromia
Embarrassed by the dark, brown pigmentation that some women experience with aging? The Juliet Feminine Laser™ can decrease these unwanted darkened areas, without the pain, scarring, and downtime of other methods. This can be done alone or as an add-on to other vaginal laser procedures.
What is menopause?
Menopause is signified by a decrease in reproductive hormones, typically when a woman is in her 40s or 50s, and begins specifically when a woman has experienced a full year without menstruation. Menopause symptoms will typically occur during this 12-month period.

What is Vulvovaginal atrophy?
Vaginal dryness (vaginal atrophy) is brought on by reduced estrogen production. Lack of estrogen causes a loss in mucosal elasticity and vaginal tissues dryness, making the area fragile and susceptible to injury. Symptoms of this can include incontinence, itching, burning, pain, and laxity.
Many women who experience some of these symptoms do not like to address these issues, but all of these symptoms are quite common and should be discussed with a medical professional to alleviate concerns and begin a treatment. Fortunately, the Juliet Feminine laser™ procedure is a non-invasive treatment that takes place right in our office. It only takes a few minutes of relatively painless lasering to treat the symptoms of vaginal dryness and improve laxity. This procedure is especially helpful for women who don’t want to, or cannot because of chemotherapy or radiation, undergo hormone replacement therapy.
How does it work?
Juliet Feminine laser™ treatment requires no anesthesia and is non-invasive. A probe is inserted into the vagina that administers thermal heat to the deep submucosal layers of the vaginal wall. This procedure works to increase collagen growth and blood flow, thereby hydrating the area and returning the vagina to its youthful state without the use of hormones or lubricants.
The Juliet Feminine laser™ is most effective in a series of 3 sessions, but patients have reported noticeable results after just 1 session. Each treatment takes less than 15 minutes and patients can return to daily activity after each session.
Who can benefit from the Juliet Feminine Laser™?
- Women who can not undergo conventional Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Patients with vaginal atrophy or vaginal dryness – usually brought on by menopause
- Those who experience dyspareunia (painful intercourse)
- Women with a history of breast cancer
- Those who don’t respond to estrogen treatment
- Women who want to return to pre-menopausal health
How much does it cost?
