Your outpatient treatment will usually last less than two hours, and patients will be able to resume their normal activities immediately. A little blood sample is extracted from your arm and placed into a centrifuge for processing once you arrive. A topical numbing ointment and a local anesthetic are then given to your genitals. The platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is identified and collected into separate syringes for injection once your blood has separated. The PRP will then be injected into the appropriate areas of the penis to achieve the desired effect.
After therapy, most patients return to their normal routine. To avoid infection at the injection sites, it is suggested that you refrain from sexual activity for 24 hours following your surgery.
The outcome will vary based on your general health, but many individuals see results within a few days after starting therapy. Some men report immediate results! However, most patients may need a few weeks for the body’s tissue regeneration process to fully activate. The length of time it takes to see effects is determined by your overall health. Multiple P-Shots™ may be required in certain circumstances to acquire the best outcomes. A maintenance treatment 1-2 times a year is recommended for optimal results.

Prior to the treatment, we apply a topical numbing lotion for 20-60 minutes. Then, a lidocaine injection is delivered to further numb the region. It is well tolerated by the patients. Most patients report no pain and, at most, minimal and brief discomfort.
There is no downtime, although there may be some temporary swelling and soreness. Bruising may be possible.
Results may be seen within days,, however, most men need 1-2 months to see their best result.
Medical insurance does not cover the P-Shot® since sexual health therapies are deemed non-medical.
